What introduced me to civil defense was the gun sales clerk. I asked whats the best hollow point bullets to carry. He told me what you all are talking about over a year later.Have cheaper Hornaty.Those I think are 1150fps so the Civil is in the chamber instead.Hope to never ever have 2 use gun sept for Target practice days.Great job Liberty stay safe you all 🙂
Recoil usually doesn’t bother me much, but 160 grain bullets out of my Kahr PM40 were just uncomfortable. This ammo makes the little gun fun to shoot. I won’t go back. Accurate with excellent performance.
As someone that has implemented this ammo in a critical situation, I will say that I will never carry anything for protection that is not loaded with this ammo. It did its job. PERIOD!!!!
Really enjoy these light bullet rounds. 105 grain had been the lightest to be found in .40 S & W for a long time. My carry weapon is an Interarms Firestar in .40 and recoil is noticeably less than the heavier bullets normally available in that round and has led to tighter 7 shot groups.

I stumbled across these at an auction some years back taped to the box of ammo I THOUGHT I was buying. After reading about them, I blew it off as just another gimmicky round that wouldn’t deliver on the hype. Finally, I decided to test them at an outdoor range a year or two ago. Absolutely devastating terminal ballistics, and yet they stop where they’re supposed to….in the target. Insane velocity in an unbelievably light round without any noticeable increase in felt recoil. It’s all my wife and I will use anymore, and I’ve even hooked a couple friends on it after they’ve tried a couple rounds. Great company, awesome round, dependable results, what more needs said?

Unbelievably accurate! Wouldn’t carry anything else . My friend is a navy seal and he gave me 2 boxes of 45s. So glad we got to try them out . Bought 4 more box’s to stash away ! Kurt S
