Liberty Ammunition, the leading manufacturer of self-defense ammunition, has been awarded full judgement in an arbitration case against Veritas Inspections Systems LLC. The award includes prejudgement interest as well as administrative fees.

Claimant, Liberty Ammunition, Inc. is entitled to recover from Respondent, Veritas
Inspection Systems, Inc., and Respondent must pay the sum of $46,800.00, plus
prejudgment interest accruing at the Missouri prejudgment rate of 9% per annum
accruing form December 12, 2022 until Apri126, 2022 in the amount of $1,477.08, for
an aggregate award of $48,277.08, which interest shall accrue on the full amount at the
applicable judgment interest rate under Missouri law until paid.
- The administrative fees of the American Arbitration Association totaling $1,725.00
and the compensation of the arbitrator totaling $1,350.00 shall be borne by the
Respondent. Therefore, Respondent shall reimburse Claimant the sum of $3,075.00,
representing that portion of said fees and expenses in excess of the apportioned costs
previously incurred by Claimant.
